Jaechi Factory (재치공장) is a sole proprietorship established in March 2026 and based in Seoul, South Korea. We build practical web tools and content. This website, chdmoa.org, is operated by Jaechi Factory.
Our retirement-planning web prototype models user-entered income, spending, assets, debts and pensions to compare retirement and spending scenarios. It uses a deterministic calculation model; it does not connect to financial accounts, manage assets or execute trades.
We plan to add Claude for natural-language inputs and explanations of calculated results. Claude API integration is not live. We do not claim statistically validated forecasting performance. Projections depend on assumptions and do not guarantee future returns or retirement outcomes.
